    • Co-designed an active-active disaster-recovery architecture across two production regions, cutting validated failover RTO from 4 hours to under 15 minutes.
    • Architected the real-time Freight Status platform on gRPC — the system of record for P0 incident reporting — holding sub-100ms p95 over 50K+ daily queries.
    • Integrated Oracle Container Registry with ArgoCD, cutting image pulls from 21 minutes to 2 for 40+ engineers.
    • Authored modular Terraform for networking and cluster provisioning, making cluster creation fully self-service.
    • Led the move to HashiCorp Vault Enterprise and the ESO-to-VSO cutover, re-platforming 600+ secrets to least-privilege injection.
